A: We are factory, we supply the window and doors system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass and other
stuffs related to the windows) as well as the finished products ready for installation.

Q:What is your payment terms?
A: Payment≤1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

Q:What is your delivery time?
A: 35-40 days depends upon deposit received and drawing is confirmed, as extrusion profile need 25 days to reach us.

Q:What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
A:Our product is CUSTOMER made. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
