Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: Nutuo, the manufacturer of Aluminum Doors & Windows, have our own factory in Foshan city.
Q: Do you have installers or send installation team to project site?
A: Normally, we provide you with installation diagram or installation guide. And we can send our installation team to job site if it is necessary.
Q: How about your package? What can you do for me if the doors/windows/sunrooms were damaged when I open the container?
A: Cardboard is our standard package, wooden carton is also available.
If the windows/doors/sunrooms were damaged when you received, please send photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: What if you send me the wrong doors/windows/sunrooms?
A: Shop drawings should be sent to you for final conformation before production. But if we send you the wrong products, we will replace you with new ones freely.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM service?
A: We have the self-owned brand, OEM &ODM should be available under corresponding agreement signed by both sides.
Q: How long is the period of the quality warranty and after sales service?
A: We provide 5-10 years' warranty depends on requirements. When you need after sales service, you can call or send us email, we will reply you within 24 hours.
